RCF TTL11A-H Active Column Speaker
Description
RCF TTL11A-H top unit to be paired with RCF TTL11A-B The RCF TTL11A Active Digitally Steerable Loudspeaker Array integrates four HF 2.5" neodymium compression drivers in a 1.5" exit throat in one module and four 8" neodymium mid woofers with 2.5" voice coils in a second module via a 96-kHz 32-bit DSP controlled 4000W 9-Channel amplifier to provide steerable beamforing live sound reinforcement for schools, houses of worship, theaters, clubs, corporate events, and other comparable applications. The system delays and sums the sound output from vertically aligned drivers to control the waveform's vertical splay angle from 0° to 7° in eight presets with a 1° up or down step steering control over the vertical beam angle as well as signal delay. This allows you to precisely deliver sound to the audience with greater clarity and less acoustic interaction from surface reflections within the listening space. The amplifier is equipped with a dedicated networking board that use's the company proprietary RDNet (RS-485) communication protocol over an Ethercon cable to monitor system parameters, address individual or groups of cabinets, set presets, control gain, equalize, and delay the signal. Multiple speakers can be connected using each unit's XLR input and output connectors. Physically the system features a system of quick-lock mechanisms so that it may be set up for live sound or installed with ease. For additional low frequency sound reinforcement, the system can be paired with the company's TTS25-A subwoofer. The high and mid frequency modules are designed to work with the company's TTS25-A subwoofer. Height Control height from 0 to 2 meters with steps of 0.5 meter Throw Offers near, mid, and far throw distances Delay Sets delay from 0 to 10 meters with steps of 0.1 meter and from 10 to 20 meters with steps of 1 meter RDNet Ready Uses the RS-485 communication protocol which allows you to send and receive data on a simple XLR cable in case Ethercon cables are not available Real Time Configuration with RDNet Allows you to monitor system parameters, control inputs, gain, equalization, and delay in real time State of the Art Digital Amplifiers Features a 4000W 9-way amplifier with 2000W 7-way amplification for the mid high frequencies and 2000W 2-Way amplification for the mid bass frequencies Analog Input Board Offers both an XLR input and XLR output link connector as well as an optional Ethercon input and output to daisy chain on an RDNet monitoring and controlling system from the front of house (FOH) Cooling Features three fans to help control the amplifier's internal temperature while using a solid aluminum extruded heat sink for the electronic processing and amplifier components Power Factor Correction Constantly regulates the power supply to ensure that the amplifier is always operating at the correct voltage, thus eliminating the dispersion and waste of current for a more efficient overall system DSP Control Uses state of the art Texas Instrument DSP chip for controlled multi-way digital amplification XLR Input and Output Link Allows for daisy chaining multiple speakers together RDNet Ready Features Ethercon input and output ports for optional network control directly from the FOH mixer position Water Resistant Baltic Birch Cabinet Uses a special adhesive to make the cabinet water resistant even before the painting process Heavy Duty Polyurea Paint Helps make the cabinet resistant to scratches and bumps Powder Coated Front Grill Features a transparent-to-sound foam backing to help protect the transducers from dust Fast Locking Mechanisms Provides stability during live events and easy assembling for permanent installation
